The stay was brilliant. The hotel was well presented and good value.- The staff was service-minded and very hardworking, helped me a lot.- I booked a great value room with a balcony, climate control, and a minibar.- The breakfast was marvellous and superb, with a nice variety.- The location was central, very close to numerous restaurants and a conservatory on the main street, with a main street and a palace nearby.

The location was marvellous and perfect, really close to other local metre gauge trains, the tourist information and the surrounding areas. The breakfast meal was great with fresh bread, nuts and croissants. the breakfast they offered was delicious, with fresh bread, nuts, and croissants.

The hotel's central location near the train station made it very convenient, and we enjoyed our cozy room with a lovely balcony facing the mountain.

The hotel was situated in an ideal location for those traveling by train, as it was directly across from the station. The rooms were well-furnished, with comfortable beds, spacious areas, and some even included a balcony with beautiful views. The staff were accommodating and friendly, even going out of their way to provide extra amenities such as a fridge and English TV channels. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh bread, cheeses and other cold cuts, and hot beverages.

We were provided with a lovely big room and were very comfortable for the three nights we stayed at Brig, which is a great location for visiting sights like Matterhorn and the Aletsch glacier. Hotel is close to station and the centre of the old town. Staff were very helpful

Room was a little noisy from the trains nearby, even though we were on the side away from Station. (Station is only 100 metres away)

Such a brilliant stay for one night. Low-budget hotel in a downtown area short walk to conservatory and the city of Brig. Service-minded and very hardworking staff with a good portion of humor.

Plus, the location is excellent and absolutely perfect, minutes from World Nature Forum Museum. We have to thank caring staff for a really really nice stay. The units are well-appointed with lovely views of mountains.
